Working with Thanksgiving Coffee, Wild Birds Unlimited has createdtheir own custom blend of Song Bird coffees!

This coffee is a blend of two Central American coffees. What wewere trying to accomplish with this blend was a taste that wascarmelly with a suggestion of cashew nut, sweet and lively on thetongue, with a long buttery aftertaste.

To acheive these flavors, we blended a coffee from the Matagalparegion of Nicaragua, roasted to a medium brown color and combinedit with a Guatemalan coffee from the Lake Atitlan region, roastedlight brown. We used the Guatemalan for the acidity (liveliness)and the Nicaraguan for all the rest.

Both coffees are shade grown above 1200 meters, certified organic,certified fair traded, and were produced by small-scale coffeefarmers and marketed through their cooperatives.

By choosing this Fair Trade certified product you are directlysupporting a better life for farming families through fair prices,direct trade, community development, and environmental stewardship.
