This roast is full and rich, without a hint of bitterness. It reminds me of the coffee we enjoyed many years ago in Old Vienna Coffee Houses. Coffee we paid for with Schillings, not Euros. Back when Nixon still stalked The White House. It is the best French Roast I have tasted in decades. The only advice I would give to those brewing this coffee is to grind your beans fresh, use a French Press (if you have one and enjoy coffee that ‘full’), and, most importantly, ‘SAVOR’ each sip.
